An appointment feature allows you to collect additional details from individuals scheduling appointments. This information is essential for providing a personalized and seamless experience, ensuring that the interaction is smooth and tailored to the individual’s needs.
In the appointment section, you can easily create and manage appointments. It features a calendar button that displays all scheduled appointments, with colors changing based on the appointment status. Additionally, there is a "copy link" button that allows users to fill out the appointment form, making the scheduling process simple and efficient.
To create custom fields for your appointments, simply select a field and choose the appropriate type from the list. Four field types are available: Text, Radio, Dropdown, and Checkbox. You can easily display the question without additional effort and decide whether to make it mandatory. Additionally, you have the option to determine if the question should appear in the appointment section or not.
In the schedule section, the details of the filled appointment form are displayed. Here, you can change the schedule status action. The available options include approving or rejecting appointments, assigning users, completing appointments, and sending feedback forms after completion. When an appointment is approved or rejected, the appointee will be notified via email. Additionally, a feedback form will be sent after the appointment is completed.
Instead of creating a new appointment from scratch, you can easily book an appointment through a callback, simplifying the process.
